  10. announced at the Online Networking Exposition and BBS Convention (ONE BBSCON)
  11. held in Tampa, Florida, August 16-20, 1995.  The list of winners will also be

  17. attendees of the awards ceremony from sponsors such as Hayes Microcomputer
  18. Products, Microsoft, Corel, and Borland.  The award recipients will receive a
  19. special trophy personally presented by John C. Dvorak.
